Shipping & Delivery
1. Orders Under 499 INR:
A flat charge of Rs.60 will be added irrespective of a Prepaid / COD order.
2. Orders Above 500 INR:
Shipping is FREE. However if you choose Cash on Delivery - there will be a nominal COD
Charge applicable
3. Orders Above 1,00,000 INR:
For orders exceeding ₹1,00,000, an additional shipping charge of 5% will be applicable.
4. Dispatch Timeline:
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping takes 5-7 business working days after dispatch; meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
Heavier shipments like furniture and large artificial plants may have longer than usual delivery timelines.
5. Delivery Pincodes & Partners:
We use Third Party Logistics companies like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping to service approximately 19,000 pincodes across India.
However certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.
All orders from the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir will levy an additional charge and the order must be Prepaid only.
6. Cash on Delivery:
We have an option of providing a Cash on Delivery service for orders under 3999 INR. The charges are as per the following:
60 INR on orders totaling Rs.500 - Rs.2499
100 INR on orders totaling Rs.2500 - Rs.3998
7. Partial COD:
Available only on orders between ₹3,999 and ₹9,999.
Customers must pay 30% in advance at checkout; the remaining 70% is payable on delivery.
The 30% advance can be paid using any payment method available on the website.
Available only for Low Risk and Medium Risk buyers based on their order history.
High Risk buyers are not eligible for Partial COD.
Applicable to all products, subject to the above eligibility criteria.
Mason Home reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Partial COD option without prior notice.
Note:
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at the time of placing the order, we can reship it to the correct address, but a processing fee will apply.
If you choose to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
