A flat charge of Rs.60 will be added for orders below Rs.499
Orders are dispatched within 2 days after the amount is reflected. Shipping of the same takes 4 - 7 business working days; meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.

As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products; certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.
All orders from the North-East and from Jammu & Kashmir have be Pre-Paid only.
For all the orders which come return due to any following mentioned reasons,
(Wrong address mentioned, wrong order placed, wrong Pin Code mentioned or wrong phone number registered while placing the order) the client will have to bare the consequent transport charges for re-shipping the order.
CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
** COD Charge is applicable on all orders booked under the CASH ON DELIVERY option. Customers are requested to choose the COD option during checkout (COD orders only). If not then the same will be added manually by us. An additional amount will we charged for all COD orders as per the order total.

Following the initiatives and guidelines put in place by the government authorities to stem the spread of COVID - 19 a delay in shipments is expected. Shipping of Paid orders will be on priority, COD orders to be shipped after paid orders are cleared.
We at Mason Home take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.As a policy, Mason Home does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don't match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits (1 Year Validity) which is redeemable only for online orders.
