Hassle-Free Returns: We’re Here for You!
At Mason Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple and flexible return policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.
What Can Be Returned?

Incorrect Item: Received something different from your order? We’ll send the right product at no extra charge.

Quality Issues: Found a defect or quality problem? We’ll replace it with a new one.

Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll either replace it or give you a full refund.

Change of Mind: If the item doesn’t fit your decor but is in perfect condition, we offer a partial refund minus a small processing fee based on your order value:
- Orders up to Rs. 999: Processing Fee Rs. 150
- Orders from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,999: Processing Fee Rs. 350
- Orders from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,999: Processing Fee Rs. 500
- Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: Processing Fee 15% of order value

Store Credits: Prefer to shop for something else? We can offer store credits instead, minus a processing fee:
- Orders up to Rs. 999: Processing Fee Rs. 100
- Orders from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,999: Processing Fee Rs. 300
- Orders from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,999: Processing Fee Rs. 500
- Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: Processing Fee 10% of order value
Note:
- Refunds and store credits apply only if the product is returned in perfect condition.
- We do not accept returns for Artificial Trees/Plants
Replacements:
- Incorrect or Defective Products: If we sent the wrong item or it has a genuine defect, we’ll replace it.
- If Replacement Denied: If you opt out of a replacement, we’ll provide store credits for future use.
Cancellations:
- You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – hello@masonhome.in or please call us on +91 98676 15333 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM) and we will help you in cancelling the order.
- Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll email you and process your refund within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
